"This report presents the results of an evaluation of the Department of National Defence (DND) civilian human resources (HR) management staffing. The evaluation was undertaken between December 2014 and December 2015. The purpose was to examine program relevance and performance for fiscal period 2010/11 to 2014/15 and to inform future management decisions related to program/service delivery and resource allocation, with a particular focus on the staffing function"--Executive summary, p. iii.
