"This paper is a sequel to our Discussion Paper No. 221 Migration and a Small Long-term Econometric Model of Alberta. In the present paper we use the model developed in Discussion Paper No. 221 and simulate certain alternative scenarios, including one with an optimistic energy outlook for Alberta, and compare the results with those of the relatively pessimistic base cases described in our previous paper"--Abstract, p. iv.
