"As part of a program to study possible contamination of the environment by leaching of waste brine from storage basins at a potash mine near Esterhazy, Saskatchewan, a series of pump tests was conducted in March 1971. A pump test of approximately 20 hours duration was run on each of seven test wells and the piezometric head recorded simultaneously in the other six wells; the length of the intervening nonpumping periods was between 27 and 75 h"--Abstract, p. v.
