Modified procedure for determining the forms of phosphorus in freshwater sediments / T. Mayer and J.D.H. Williams.En36-503/119E-PDF

"An analytical procedure for the determination of various forms of phosphorus in sediments is described. The method has been widely used on a variety of samples such as lacustrine and fluvial sediments, bluff material and some pure phosphorus minerals. It is suitable for the analysis of a large number of samples, because it is possible to carry out extraction in batches and the determinations on the extracts can easily be automated"--Abstract, p. v.
