"Based on these considerations, it has been concluded that available information is insufficient to determine whether these substances are entering the environment in quantities or under conditions that may be harmful to the environment. It has been concluded that man-made vitreous fibres are not entering the environment in quantities or under conditions that may constitute a danger to the environment on which human life depends. Rock/slag wool, glass wool (excluding glass microfibres), glass microfibres, and continuous glass filament are not entering the environment in quantities or under conditions that may constitute a danger in Canada to human life or health.
