"Redstripe Rockfish (Sebastes proriger) is a long-lived, commercially important species of rockfish found along the Pacific rim of North America. This quantitative age-structured stock assessment has split the BC population of Redstripe Rockfish into two stocks based on a persistent difference in relative size at age. Harvest advice is provided showing that current harvest levels are sustainable and compliant with DFO’s Decision-making Framework Incorporating the Precautionary Approach"--Context, p. [1].
