"Health Canada's Pest Management Regulatory Agency (PMRA), under the authority of the Pest Control Products Act and Regulations, is proposing registration for the sale and use of the technical products FMCH001 Technical (containing Bacillus licheniformis strain FMCH001) and FMCH002 Technical (containing Bacillus subtilis strain FMCH002) and the end-use product F4018-4 (containing Bacillus licheniformis strain FMCH001 and Bacillus subtilis strain FMCH002) to suppress certain fungal diseases and nematodes in specific crops. An evaluation of available scientific information found that, under the approved conditions of use, the health and environmental risks and the value of the pest control product(s) are acceptable"--Overview, p. 1.
