"This report presents the results of the horizontal evaluation of the Federal Contaminated Sites Action Plan (FCSAP). FCSAP is a cost-shared program that supports federal departments, agencies and consolidated Crown corporations in addressing the contaminated sites for which they are responsible. The program is administered by Environmental and Climate Change Canada's (ECCC) FCSAP Secretariat, with support from Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS).
