Integrity of the federal public service staffing system : results of the system-wide audit.: SC3-186/2018E-PDF
"As part of the New Direction in Staffing, the Public Service Commission reviewed its approach to oversight. In line with our accountability to Parliament for the integrity of the staffing system, we transitioned our oversight towards the whole of the system instead of cyclical organizational audits. This audit represents our first comprehensive review of system-wide compliance in staffing. In all, 25 departments and agencies participated in the audit, providing a sample of 386 appointments"--Introd., p. 1.
