"The 2018 Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) Arctic Science Meeting was held in Winnipeg, Manitoba from February 6 to 8, 2018. Over the course of the meeting, 80 staff participated from DFO’s Science sector from five administrative regions (Central & Arctic, Pacific, Quebec, Maritimes, and Newfoundland & Labrador). The scientific program included: seven topical sessions featuring 36 presentations; six interactive breakout sessions; a presentation to introduce the development of the State of the Arctic Ocean report; and a plenary presentation and guided roundtable discussion on advancing reconciliation with Indigenous Peoples"--Abstract.
