The compound CaO. Ti2O3 / by Norman F.H. Bright, John F. Rowland, and Joseph G. Wurm.: M38-1/4-1958E-PDF

"By electrolyzing baths of molten CaCl2 containing perovskite (CaO.TiO2), a compound within the ternary Ca-Ti-O system, namely CaO.Ti2O2, has been obtained. The compound has been identified by chemical analysis, and its crystallographic data have been determined by X-ray means. Attempts to synthesize the compound apart from the electrolytic cell have, so far, failed"--Abstract, p. [1].
