"A literature survey was carried out to obtain recent and background concentrations of selected elements (As, Cd, Cu, Cr, Fe, Ni, Pb, Zn and Hg) in the sediments from different areas of the Great Lakes. This information was required for the revision of the guidelines for the disposal of dredged material at the Canadian side of the Great Lakes"--Abstract.
