In spite of the great progress achieved, many unanswered questions particularly with respect to developing new strategies for implementing sustainable urban drainage. When analyzing such strategies, the authors envisaged four possible scenarios, which were described as green, technocratic, privatization and business-as-usual scenarios"--Abstract.
