"Concentrations and annual loadings of 18 contaminants in urban runoff have been studied in the Upper Great Lakes Connecting Channels area. Towards this end, runoff samples have been collected at 15 sites in Sarnia, Sault Ste. Marie and Windsor, and analyzed for selected nutrients, metals and industrial chemicals. The annual loadings were then produced from the mean observed concentrations and simulated runoff volumes for all 18 parameters"--Abstract.
