"In support of Canadian Forces remotely piloted vehicle and drone research requirements, the Defence Research Establishment Suffield (DRES) has aquired an in-house expertise in aerial targets, drones and remotely piloted vehicle design, development and testing. Overviews of current range capabilites and proposed range improvement programs are given with emphasis on telemetry, on video tracking capabilities, and on laboratory structural and engine testing facilities.
