"The objectives of this project were to provide Spar with systems level EMC prediction and analysis tools. The tools developed can be used in planning, installing and operating communications and electronic equipment or systems such that they are free of EMI. The application of techniques at various stages in a system design may ensure EMC without the uncertainties of underengineering or the expense of overengineering"--Introduction.
