"This report presents the findings and recommendations from the Evaluation of the Social Development Partnerships Program (referred to hereafter as "the Program"). It is a nationally delivered program that works in partnership with the not-for-profit sector to support people with disabilities, children and families, official language minority communities and other vulnerable populations. The evaluation of the Program covers the period covering the 2012 to 2013 fiscal year to the 2016 to 2017 fiscal year, and focuses on: the Program's Disability component, specifically the 2012 Call for Proposals projects; and the Program's Children and Families component, specifically the Social Partnerships Pilot projects"--Executive summary, page ii.
