Perfluoro and chloro amide derivatives of aniline and chloroanilines : their formation and gas chromatographic determination by mass selective and electron-capture detectors / by Hing-Biu Lee.: En13-5/88-66E-PDF

"Many aromatic amines such as aniline and its chlorinated analogs are toxic or carcinogenic. Since these compounds are widely used by chemical industries as starting materials or intermediates of many dyes, pesticides and pharmaceuticals, anilines are often found in the environment as industrial wastes or degradation products of pesticides. However, sensitive and specific analytical methods suitable for the monitoring of aniline and chloroanilines in the environment are still lacking. This paper describes a procedure thatis applicable to the trace analysis of substituted analines and numerous other carcinogenic compounds with an amino group"--Management Perspective.
