"Environmental problems can arise even from low levels of mercury. To measure these low levels accurately and reliably, it is essential that mercury samples be stored and preserved appropriately. This study was undertaken to determine whether the type of sample container has any influence on the measurable concentration of mercury in low level samples over time.
