"There is a need to improve the present method of obtaining the discharge at the hydrometric gauging station on the Milk River at Eastern Crossing, Montana. It has been decided to use a Flat Vee weir and tests in a sediment flume were conducted to assess the behaviour of this type of structure in a sand bed channel"--Abstract.
