"A joint initiative of Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC), Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) and with the support of other sponsors (Hydro Quebec, Ontario Natural Gas Association and Ontario New Home Warranty Program), the Challenge called on design teams and developers from across the country to create proposals for high-rise buildings that meet high standards for envelope durability, energy efficiency, indoor air quality, environmental impact and accessibility.
