Results indicate that microbore columns could be a better alternative to open tubular columns because they can handle a greater loading of analytes. UV-detector has no advantage over the flame ionization detector as far as sensitivity is concerned but can eliminate some interfering analytes that do not absorb at 208 nm"--Management Perspective.</marc:subfield>
