"In this study, a core (063) taken from Antelope Lake (station ALS1) was dated using a ²¹⁰Pb method (Eakins and Morrison, 1978). The core was collected by Technical Operations personnel (National Water Research Institute, Burlington) and submitted for analysis by B. Vance (Geological Survey of Canada, Study No. 910013). Other western Canadian cores have been dated using this method (Turner and Delorme, l988a-e, 1989a-d; Turner, 1994a-c)"--Introduction, page 1.
