"Under the Rideau River Stormwater Management program, a modelling study of the Kennedy—Burnett Pond was undertaken. The study was conducted under a contract awarded to Marshall Macklin Monaghan, Ltd. and the University of Ottawa. The report that follows is a critical summary of the contractor's final report.
