"A silica gel column cleanup method was developed for 143 PCB congeners, PAHs, and organochlorine, organophosphate, triazine, amide and carbamate pesticides which features a five-fraction elution in solvents of increasing polarity. The elution pattern of each chemical was tested, and in some cases the elution pattern can provide additional information in the gas chromatographic identification of certain pesticides"--Abstract.
