"Three 'species' of redfish (Sebastes) and the blackbelly rosefish (Helicolenus dactylopterus) are now recognized from the northwest Atlantic. The occurrence of these in 4VWX, and the existence of stocks in this area, were examined using 25 characters (mostly meristic or morphometric) on 550 fish"--Abstract.
