"Population size estimates for snow crab (Chionoecetes opilio) off the east coast of Newfoundland, based on Peterson mark-recapture and Leslie analyses, are presented. Within given crab management areas, estimates of population size ranged from 716 to 21,473 MT and exploitation rates from 34 to 74%"--Abstract.
