"The Telecommunications Engineering Division of D.O.C. and Telesat Canada as a co-operative effort conducted a survey of the frequency spectrum in the vicinity of Qu'Appelle, Sask., a proposed earth station is to be located. The earth station where will be receiving in the band 3700 to 4200 MHz and (if necessary) transmitting in the 5925 to 6425 MHz band"--Introduction, page 1.
