GIS estimates of contaminated sediment volume in Lac Saint-Louis and Lac Saint-Pierre, St. Lawrence River / N.A. Rukavina and R.J. Delorme.: En13-5/92-64E-PDF
"Sediment data collected in Lac Saint-Louis and Lac Saint-Pierre by NWRI have been analysed with a SPANS geographic information system to determine the volumes and distributions of modern sediments and to estimate the volumes of contaminated sediments (the silt-clay fraction). Sediment thickness and size patterns are highly variable in both lakes and depositional basins are to define, particularly in Lac Saint-Pierre"--Abstract.
