"A new, theoretically consistent method for estimating water velocities beneath surface waves has been developed at the National Water Research Institute (NWRI Contribution No. 91-111 "A simple method for calculating the velocity field beneath irregular waves" by M. Donelan, F. Anctil and J. Doering - also published in Coastal Engineering, Vol.16, 1992). This report describes the computer code required to implement the method"--Abstract.
