"Application of bi-pyridylium and nitrile herbicides to 10 x 15 meter enclosures in Vernon Arm of Okanagan Lake did not adversely affect either community diversity or total numbers of aquatic invertebrates. Numbers of invertebrates in the treated plots remained constant while numbers in the control plot increased during the 49 day sampling period"--Abstract.
