"This report presents the findings of an independent survey of manufacturers and distributors of terminal telecommunications equipment. Over four hundred suppliers, primarily Canadian, were mailed questionnaires. The stated purpose was to obtain feedback about the impact of the Terminal Attachment Program, and information which can provide guidance to the Department for the development of subsequent phases and future revisions of the Program. No other inducements were offered to recipients to encourage a higher rate of response. Ninety-one responses were received, for a total response rate of twenty-one percent"--Executive Summary.
