Survey of Elie-St. Eustache fibre optics field trial participants / prepared by Western Opinion Research Inc.Co24-308/1983E-PDF

"Western Opinion Research, Inc. conducted a telephone survey of 123 of the 144 participants in the Elie-St. Eustache Fibre Optics Field Trial between November 1st and 6th, 1982. The survey focused exclusively upon the Telidon service available to Trial participants. Survey objectives were: A. Identify general satisfaction with the level of Telidon service. B. Identify any current or potential Telidon system problems. C. Verify previous responses to Telidon system software and hardware questions. D. Determine reactions to Telidon system data bases in some detail. E. Determine participants' opinions regarding the desirable evolution of the Telidon system. F. Determine participants' perceptions of whether/how Telidon has affected their lifestyles. Survey results that appear most important are outlined in point form on the following pages"--Executive Summary.
