"During July, September, October and November 1989, benthic sediment studies were conducted at designated and proposed ocean dumpsites on the southern British Columbia Coast, using the survey vessel C.S.S. Vector. The project was undertaken as part of a routine monitoring and assessment program of ocean dumpsite locations by Environment Canada, Conservation and Protection"--Introduction, page 1.
