"The main objective of this one-day workshop was to educate and inform participants on the use of risk assessment for decision making, as well as the different perspectives of the FPTCC member agencies on relevant uses of the various guidelines, etc. in risk assessments. While it was recognized that risk assessment is used to address a wide range of issues, the workshop focused on two key program areas, water quality and contaminated sites.
