"Peat and moss samples were subjected to wet and dry ashing and analyzed for the elements K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, and Pb using atomic absorption spectrometry. Wet ashing was found to give somewhat higher analytical results than dry ashing, and lower coefficients of variation"--Abstract.
