"The current CRC Publication Policy and Procedures was approved in 1991. Although it is still valid for most aspects, it needs to be updated and clarified. This document makes recommendations to improve specific issues. The CRC Publication Policy and Procedures is a more comprehensive document. It will be amended once the proposed modifications of the Task Force are approved by the CRCMC"--Introduction, page 1.
