"From July 2019 to September 2019, the Government of Canada (the Government) conducted the first step of a multistep engagement process regarding the possibility of Indigenous economic participation in the Trans Mountain Expansion Project (TMX). This “What We Heard” report is intended to accurately and concisely summarize input that the Department of Finance Canada (Finance) received from Indigenous communities during that first step.
