"In this contract, model estimates were required for Lakes Michigan, Erie and Ontario, as well as for the entire land drainage area in the Great Lakes basin, subdivided, into 37 individual areas. Additional meteorological stations and emission regions to the east and southeast of Lake Ontario were added to the data file for estimating loadings on Lakes Erie and Ontario and their drainage areas"--Introduction, page [1].
