The review covers the US federal government and eleven state jurisdictions: California, Massachusetts, Michigan, New York, Georgia, Montana, Washington, Texas, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and Illinois. The study reflects the results of ongoing research by the US Policy Studies Group (USPSG) at Dalhousie University.
