"The Output-Based Pricing System Regulations (OBPS Regulations) made under the Greenhouse Gas Pollution Pricing Act (GGPPA) establish the Output-Based Pricing System (OBPS). This document provides guidance on third-party verification requirements set out in sections 173, 176 and 177 of the GGPPA and sections 49 to 52, as well as Schedule 5, of the OBPS Regulations.
