This report presents 1) the past research in the area of Computer Assisted Learning for Special Needs Individuals Worldwide, 2) the present research and progress developing Computer Assisted Learning Materials for Special Needs Individuals, and 3) a proposal for future research and curriculum development in the area of Computer Assisted Learning for Special Needs Individuals from the Canadian perspective; and a nation-wide implementation policy for future Federal and Provincial funding in this area"--Abstract, page i.</marc:subfield>
