This program was undertaken to help identify and quantify the emissions impact of ethanol blended fuels on the tailpipe and evaporative emissions. This report discusses gaseous emissions of carbon monoxide (CO), oxides of nitrogen (NOX), total hydrocarbon (THC), non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC), non-methane organic gases (NMOG), ethanol, carbonyls (including formaldehyde and acetaldehyde), and volatile organic carbons (VOC).
