Survey of credit counselling services in Canada / prepared by J.W. Brighton.: RG31-51/1979E-PDF

The present survey was conducted to help fill this gap by providing an inventory of the distribution and characteristics of credit counselling and associated money management education services available to consumers in Canada. The survey, conducted by telephone during the summer of 1977, covered five general areas: service setting, funding and staff, service delivery, client profile, and other comments and suggestions"--Abstract.
