"On February 18, 2020, the Senate Ethics Officer provided to your committee his Inquiry Report under the Ethics and Conflict of Interest Code for Senators (“Code”) concerning Senator Victor Oh, pursuant to subsection 48(17) of the Code. The same day, a true copy of the Senate Ethics Officer’s Inquiry Report was tabled in the Senate, in accordance with subsection 48(18) of the Code. Under subsection 48(19) of the Code, the report became a public document as soon as it was tabled and became available online on the Senate Ethics Officer’s website"--Introduction, page 2.
