"During the mid-1970's, concerns were raised about discharges of industrial effluents into the Columbia River. As a result of these concerns, the Water Quality Branch began a study to assess levels of nutrients, metals and other parameters near the International border. From 1978 to 1984 detailed studies of temporal and cross-sectional variability were undertaken. This report presents the data from these studies"--Abstract, page i.
