« CNVC00276 est une association de forêts boréales de conifères qui s’étend du Manitoba au Québec. Elle possède un couvert moyennement fermé dominé par l’épinette noire (Picea mariana). La strate arbustive varie de bien développée à dense avec une abondance d’épinette noire et de sapin baumier (Abies balsamea) en régénération, de même que des éricacées, comme le thé du Labrador (Rhododendron groenlandicum), le bleuet fausse-myrtille (Vaccinium myrtilloides), le bleuet à feuille étroite (V. angustifolium) et le kalmia à feuilles étroites (Kalmia angustifolia) » -- Page 1.
