"Much is known and reported upon concerning general municipal wastewater parameters such as BOD5, solids, etc. Little information is available, however, regarding wastewater parameters such as toxicity, heavy metals and chemical contaminants. This study was therefore undertaken to document these parameters and from this information provide data to assist in setting of standards or guidelines for municipal wastewaters"--Abstract.
