"The Canadian Centre for Cyber Security prepared this guide to assist campaign teams across Canada in the lead up to elections at the federal, provincial, territorial, and municipal levels. In 2017, and again in 2019, the Canadian Centre for Cyber Security advised Canadians that foreign actors are likely to try to interfere in Canadian election processes using cyber systems to target political candidates and campaigns"--Introduction, page 3.
