"Following the recommendations embodied in the Discussion Paper developed by the CEC and presented at the recent conference on diversity and competitive advantage, Industry Canada has contributed funding for the first Phase of a project to develop an inventory of ethnocultural resources. The inventory will contain the names, addresses, qualifications and experience of business people of diverse ethnocultural origins. It will focus specifically on trade, marketing and management skills and will be searchable by sector, language, country or community, as well as by expertise"--Project summary.
